4. Malcolm Brogdon, Boston Celtics

During his three seasons in Indiana, Malcolm Brogdon averaged only 49 games played per year. He was still an efficient player when he was on the court, averaging 19-6-5 for the Pacers. His 3-point shooting has been inconsistent since leaving Milwaukee, but Brogdon was indeed a coveted 50-40-90 guy in his last season with the Bucks in 2018-19.

The Celtics — having already lost Danilo Gallinari to a torn ACL, Time Lord for 2-3 months and head coach Ime Udoka for the season — are banking on Brogdon being able to contribute in a crucial way this season.
