5 best fantasy football matchups to exploit for Week 5

3. Khalil Herbert, RB, Chicago Bears (vs. MIN)

Khalil Herbert has filled in nicely for David Montgomery. He’s actually ranked eighth in the league with 317 rushing yards, and he’s fantasy’s RB13 through three weeks. Even if Montgomery returns this week, Herbert should still have a role in this offense. He’s earned it with how well he’s played this season.

Whatever role Herbert will have this week, it will be a dream matchup against the Minnesota Vikings. They’ve allowed the 10th-most rushing yards a game and the fifth-most fantasy points to running backs.

The Bears are heavily committed to the run, and Herbert will see plenty of opportunities in this one whether Montgomery is active or not. He’s an RB2 with upside if Montgomery sits.
