When it comes to which Steeler catches the most criticism from the fanbase, it is undoubtedly offensive coordinator Matt Canada.

The hope was that with new quarterbacks at their disposal after Ben Roethlisberger’s retirement, the offense could take a leap. They tried Trubisky as their starter for four games, but the offense scored four touchdowns from Week 1 until he was benched. There was promise when Pickett replaced him in Week 4.

Facing the Bills, the offense looked as lackluster as ever. Bland, conservative play-calling that did Pickett no favors in his first career start.

If the offense continues to struggle and the losses continue to pile up, it may only be a matter of time until head coach Mike Tomlin makes changes to his staff. If that is the case, Canada may be the first to go.
