The Browns returned home to face an unpredictable Chargers’ team in a battle of 2-2 clubs. And the Cleveland defense once again disappointed as Kevin Stefanski’s team was unable to protect a 14-0 first-quarter lead.

All told, Cleveland ran for 213 yards – 134 yards and two scores by Nick Chubb. Joe Woods’ unit was scorched for 238 yards on the ground. Cade York missed a 54-yard field goal late in the game that would have given the Browns the win.

The reigning AFC champions hit the road for Baltimore for a prime time tilt with the rival Raiders. It was a fairly solid evening for the Cincinnati defense, which limited the Ravens to one touchdown and four field goals.

But the last of those kicks by Justin Tucker came on the final play of the game – just like the team’s previous two losses. Joe Burrow threw for 217 yards and one score and also ran for a touchdown but served up one interception.

Miami Dolphins. 13. team. 59. . 3-2. Previous:

Teddy Bridgewater replaced an injured Tua Tagovailoa last week at Cincinnati. Now he would get the start vs. the Jets. On his team’s first play from scrimmage, he was not only be called for intentional grounding in the end zone but was knocked out of the game.

Enter rookie Skylar Thompson, who threw for 166 yards but was sacked twice and committed a pair of turnovers. Down 19-17 in the fourth quarter, the Dolphins gave up 21 unanswered points.
