Early in the fourth quarter, McCarthy’s team trailed by only three points. But quarterback Cooper Rush would finish the night with one TD pass and three interceptions.
After splitting their first two games, Kevin O’Connell’s club has suddenly put together a four-game winning streak. And their latest victory came on Sunday at Miami as the Purple Gang played turnover-free football while taking advantage of three Miami miscues – two of those in the fourth quarter.
Justin Jefferson finished with 107 receiving yards, the fourth time in six games he’s reached the century mark. The Vikings finished the game with six sacks.
