player. 36. . CB. Seattle Seahawks. Kelee Ringo. 7

The Seattle Seahawks said goodbye to franchise quarterback Russell Wilson this offseason, sending him to Denver in a package that brought back Drew Lock and some draft picks. One of those picks is the No. 7 overall selection, and while you may think they need a quarterback, Geno Smith has actually been outstanding for them in 2022.

The play of Smith enables the Seahawks to go another route with this pick, adding some talent to the defensive backfield in Kelee Ringo. Many feel this is the best cornerback in this draft class, and as we have seen this year with Sauce Gardner, a premier cornerback can change everything in the secondary.

Peter Skoronski. 8. player. 55. . OT. Pittsburgh Steelers

The Pittsburgh Steelers are a mess right now, as they have played both Kenny Pickett and Mitchell Trubisky at quarterback, and have gotten very little in return. After taking Pickett in the first round last year, they will not be in the market for a signal-caller here at No. 8, but they can get him some protection.

Looking at the 2023 NFL Draft class, Peter Skoronski is considered the best offensive tackle available, and he should land in the top 10. The Steelers have a lot of work to do in terms of their roster, and here, they get a guy who could be a cornerstone left tackle for them for years to come.
