4. Keenan Allen, WR, Los Angeles Chargers (vs. ATL)

Keenan Allen has had yet another injury-plagued season, missing all but two games this year. With the Chargers’ Week 8 bye, he had extra time to rest and hopefully play against a bad Atlanta Falcons defense where he’ll be the WR1 for Justin Herbert with Mike Williams missing time. Herbert has never had any problems targeting Allen relentlessly when he’s been on the field.

The Falcons are a pass-funnel defense, allowing 306.9 yards per game, which is easily the most in the league. They’re coming off of a game where P.J. Walker shredded them through the air. Herbert should have no issues moving the ball in this game, and Allen will see as many targets as he can handle this week (should he stay healthy). He’s a solid, high-floor play this week.
