player. 44. . Edge. Atlanta Falcons. Isaiah Foskey. 19

The Atlanta Falcons got a solid win against division rival Carolina this past weekend, and are trying to get into the mix in the NFC Playoff race. Marcus Mariota has played well in his first season as the starter, and for now, things seem to be looking up in Atlanta.

Going forward, they need to continue to address their issue son defense, including coming off the edge. Notre Dame star Isaiah Foskey could set the program record for sacks before all is said and done, and fill an immediate void on this Atlanta defense.

LB. Denver Broncos. Trenton Simpson. 20. player. 45.

The Denver Broncos are back in the first round of the 2023 NFL Draft, though they had to trade away a young star to do so. Bradley Chubb had been rumored to be on his way out in Denver, and now plays for the Miami Dolphins, who could not have given this pick to the Broncos quickly enough.

With this pick, Denver tries to fill the void left by Chubb, adding a talented linebacker to the mix in Trenton Simpson. Arguably the best linebacker in this draft class, Simpson will be a three-down back at the next level and could be the next defensive star for the Broncos.
