10 WR sleepers to target for fantasy football Week 9

6. Fantasy football wide receiver sleepers for Week 9: Zay Jones, Jacksonville Jaguars
Rostered: 32.3 percent
Jones has been targeted 21 times over the past two games. He is worth a flier this week, as the Jaguars take on the Las Vegas Raiders. The Raiders’ defense is allowing 24.9 points per game, which is tied for the sixth-most in the NFL. Last week, they gave up 24 points to the Saints’ injury-riddled offense.
5. Fantasy football wide receiver sleepers for Week 9: Mecole Hardman, Kansas City Chiefs
Rostered: 34.8 percent
Hardman is coming off a stellar three-touchdown performance against the San Francisco 49ers. Over his last three games, Hardman has posted 53.2 total fantasy points, which is the fifth-most among wide receivers during that span.
Nevertheless, Hardman does carry risk. Prior to this run, he had 10.1 total fantasy points across his previous three games. In addition, he has to compete with JuJu Smith-Schuster, Marquez Valdes-Scantling, and new acquisition Kadarius Toney for targets.
Hardman has a sky-high ceiling on Sunday night against the Tennessee Titans, who are allowing the sixth-most fantasy points per game to opposing wide receivers, but there are players on this list with higher floors.
