2. Fantasy football wide receiver sleepers for Week 11: Kadarius Toney, Kansas City Chiefs
Rostered: 60.3%
Injuries are plaguing the Chiefs’ wide receiver room. Mecole Hardman landed on the IR with an abdominal injury. JuJu Smith-Schuster is listed as questionable with a concussion, and Marquez Valdes-Scantling is questionable due to an illness.
On Sunday night, Toney will have a clear path to targets. Last week, he had four receptions for 57 yards and a touchdown in his Chiefs’ debut. He is a high-upside streaming option.
1. Fantasy football wide receiver sleepers for Week 11: Nico Collins, Houston Texans
Rostered: 10.3%
Collins returned from a groin injury last week, and he played a huge role in the Texans’ offense. Collins had five receptions for 49 yards and a touchdown on a team-high 10 targets.
Following the game, Texans head coach Lovie Smith stated that they needed to get him the ball more.
“Probably as many targets as he’s had and rightfully so,” Smith said via KPRC’s Aaron Wilson. “Good football player. We need to get him the ball more.”
Brandin Cooks’s future with the franchise is uncertain, so the 23-year-old Collins should continue to play an increased role. He has a great matchup this week against the Washington Commanders, who have allowed the sixth-most receiving yards to opposing wide receivers this season.
