The Colts returned home after a victory at Las Vegas and took on the NFC East-leading Philadelphia Eagles. And Jeff Saturday’s club not only gave the Birds fits but owned a 13-3 lead early in the fourth quarter.

But the club couldn’t stop the Birds’ offense late in the final frame. Running back Jonathan Taylor finished with 84 yards rushing and Indianapolis’ lone touchdown. Veteran quarterback Matt Ryan threw for 213 yards but was sacked four times.

Chicago Bears. 23. team. 57. . 3-8. Previous:

The Bears looked to snap a three-game losing streak when they traveled to Atlanta. And things looked good early as Matt Eberflus’ squad opened up a 10-point lead late in the second quarter.

Second-year quarterback Justin Fields ran 18 times for 85 yards and one score. He also threw for 153 yards and a touchdown. But he was also picked off once and sacked four times. During this now four-game losing streak, Chicago has allowed 141 points.

The Saints looked to get back to winning as they hosted the defending Super Bowl champion Rams. Veteran quarterback Andy Dalton had a big day, connecting on 21-of-25 passes for 260 yards and three touchdowns.

Dennis Allen’s club played turnover-free football while the New Orleans’ pass rush sacked Rams’ quarterbacks Matthew Stafford (1) and Bryce Perkins (3) four times. Chris Olave caught five passes for 102 yards and one TD.
