National Park Hours: Are the National Parks open on Thanksgiving?

One of the best things to do on Thanksgiving is enjoy the outdoors with your family (unless it’s ice cold then please stay indoors!) So your local National Park might make a great place for Thursday.

But not every National Park will be open, so here’s where to look for all the day-of information you might need.
