NFL Mock Draft: Bryce Young becomes a franchise savior, Lions get a QB of the future

2023 NFL Mock Draft: Houston revamps offense in top-10
After moving on from Russell Wilson last offseason, many felt the Seahawks would struggle at quarterback in 2022, and be in the market for one in 2023. However, Geno Smith has been outstanding in Seattle, and he is more than likely to get a new contract after all is said and done.
With Smith’s emergence, the Seahawks could bypass picking a quarterback here and bolster their defensive line instead. Jalen Carter is the best interior lineman in this draft class and fills an immediate void on this Seattle defense.
The Detroit Lions are having no issues moving the ball on offense, but nobody feels Jared Goff is the answer at the quarterback position moving forward. With three top-10 quarterbacks in this class, the Lions should be able to get their guy if picking at No. 6 overall, and Will Levis has a pretty high ceiling right now.
Levis would be joining a Lions offense with a ton of weapons, and one huge one could be returning soon in Jameson Williams. This is the pick that they got from the Los Angeles Rams in the Matthew Stafford trade, as with three straight wins, their pick comes a bit later.
