6. Jerick McKinnon, Kansas City Chiefs

Week 11 offered a look at what a CEH-less backfield would look like for the Kansas City Chiefs. Seventh-round rookie Isiah Pacheco handled all the early-down work, while Jerick McKinnon is the sole pass-catching back. McKinnon ends up playing the most snaps in the backfield due to his role.

Pacheco has played himself out of sleeper contention, as he’s now an obvious start in most leagues. McKinnon, however, needs to produce with the number of snaps he’s getting. He has a good chance this week as the backfield is a little more clear. He’s a sneaky PPR play.

5. Elijah Mitchell, San Francisco 49ers

Elijah Mitchell has remained a vital part of the San Francisco 49ers backfield, averaging 13.5 carries a game since returning from injured reserve. Even with Christian McCaffrey in the fold, Mitchell remains a featured part of the backfield.

The New Orleans Saints have had a pretty solid run defense this season, but the 49ers potent attack hasn’t been slowed down often. Mitchell’s floor has remained steady, and he can be started as a FLEX with touchdown upside.
