2. Why hasn’t Jae Crowder been traded yet?

The Phoenix Suns have been trying to trade Jae Crowder since before the season began and the fact that he hasn’t been moved yet is a bit baffling. It’s been nearly a week since rumors broke of a seemingly imminent trade that would have sent him to the Bucks with Grayson Allen headed back to Milwaukee. Now there are rumors that the Suns might prefer a power forward as opposed to a wing, like Grayson.

Regardless of what kind of player the Suns get back, there’s no reason to think a trade won’t happen soon, especially once we pass Dec. 15. Crowder isn’t playing for the Suns right now so they’re getting zero production from a roster spot while Chris Paul and Cam Johnson are both out with injuries. Whether it’s Allen, Rui Hachimura, or someone else, some sort of trade should be done soon.
