10 RB sleepers to target for fantasy football Week 13
4. Jordan Mason, San Francisco 49ers
When Elijah Mitchell went down last week with an MCL injury, it was Jordan Mason who stepped up behind Christian McCaffrey. With Kyle Shanahan dedicated to playing multiple running backs and keeping McCaffrey fresh, there is room for Mason to carve out a decent role.
Shanahan himself said that Mason can handle an increased role, and Jimmy Garoppolo also hinted at a bigger role for Mason as well. On one of the league’s best offenses, Mason could carve out a significant role heading into fantasy playoffs.
3. Kyren Williams, Los Angeles Rams
It’s been three straight weeks of Kyren Williams out-snapping Cam Akers in the Rams backfield. With the season appearing lost for Los Angeles, it makes sense for them to see what they have in the rookie runner. He’s been the primary pass-catching back as well.
Though Williams has seen high snap counts, he has yet to see a top-30 running back fantasy finish. The more he plays and touches the ball, the greater of a chance he has to make an impact. Williams is an intriguing, low-floor PPR option for Week 13.
