1. Top Fantasy Football Pickups For Week 14 – New York Jets RB Zonovan Knight

Let’s go back to the Jets as they appear to have found yet another weapon for an offense brimming with explosive potential. We discussed running back Zonovan “Bam” Knight as a pickup option after Michael Carter got hurt in Week 13 and Knight ended up getting to function as New York’s lead back with Carter sitting against the Vikings due to an ankle injury.

The results were very encouraging for Knight, who rushed 15 times for 90 yards and added five receptions for 28 yards in the Jets’ loss to Minnesota. Knight demonstrated some considerable juice as he popped big runs and looked far more effective than James Robinson, who gained ten yards on four carries, as a rusher.

The Jets are hoping to get Carter back for their Week 14 matchup against the Buffalo Bills but Knight’s explosiveness gives them an element they have been missing since Breece Hall was lost for the season to a torn ACL. The fact that Knight has accumulated over 100 scrimmage yards in each of his first two NFL games has helped him earn a role in a backfield by committee situation.

There is still a window to buy in on Knight, who is rostered in 47 percent of leagues, as a flex option against Buffalo. Knight would be firmly on the RB2 radar if Carter sits again, making him the most valuable pickup in a must-win week for fantasy owners.
