2. Best fantasy football pickups for Week 14: WR Nico Collins, Houston Texans

Rostered: 19.2%

I have been a vocal supporter of Collins in recent weeks. With a low rostered percentage, once again, he makes another appearance on this list. On Sunday, Collins continued to see a high volume of targets in the Texans’ offense. Kyle Allen targeted Collins a game-high 10 targets. Collins has now been targeted a whopping 36 times over the last four games.

The rebuilding Texans are getting Collins involved in the offense as much as possible. The 2021 third-round pick has flashed potential, and with the uncertainty regarding Brandin Cooks, Collins may need to continue to serve as the number one receiver next season.

For now, the increased volume makes Collins an extremely valuable fantasy asset. He is a threat to put up a big fantasy performance on any given week. The Texans’ quarterback play has held him back. Nevertheless, 9.0 targets per game gives him a high floor.

Collins should be rostered in most leagues.
