Carolina return to action after some time off and was in the Pacific Northwest to take on the improved Seahawks. The Panthers’ ground attack continued its recent resurgence as it got solid efforts from D’Onta Foreman and Chuba Hubbard.

Both players ran for 74 yards and the club finished with 223 yards on the ground. Quarterback Sam Darnold was efficient and the team played turnover-free football. Make it three wins in their last four games.

7-6. Previous: . Los Angeles Chargers. 17. team. 13.

The Chargers looked to get back above the .500 mark as they hosted the Dolphins. Quarterback Justin Herbert led an offense that rolled up 432 total yards on 78 plays. He overcame four sacks to throw for 367 yards and one score.

Wide receiver Mike Williams was targeted a half-dozen times and he responded with six grabs for 116 yards and one TD. The much-maligned Chargers’ defense limited Miami to 219 total yards – including 92 yards rushing.

7-5-1. Previous: . New York Giants. 16. team. 31.

Winless in three consecutive games (0-2-1), Brian Daboll’s club looked to get back on track against the team with the best record in the league.

The Giants’ defense never knew what hit it as Big Blue managed to sack Jalen Hurts four times and still managed to 437 total yards and six offensive touchdowns. Giants’ quarterbacks Daniel Jones (4) and Tyrod Taylor (3) a combined seven times and Daboll’s offensive attack was limited to only 304 total yards.
