By Josh Wilson
Who plays the Week 15 chapter of Sunday Night Football? Here’s who you’ll be watching tonight, as well as how to watch and stream the game.
You had football all day and night on Saturday. Plus you watched football all day today, too. Now you want more football? OK, fine, you can have it. This week’s Sunday Night game is a matchup between two of the four teams all in the running for a playoff spot in the NFC East.
Who plays on Sunday Night Football tonight, November 6th?
- Matchup: Giants @ Commanders; 8:20 PM ET
- Location: FedEx Field; Summerfield, Maryland
You can watch the game on Fubo.tv.
The NFC East might be the only good thing in the entire conference right now. The Philadelphia Eagles and Dallas Cowboys are Super Bowl contenders. The New York Giants lead the middle-of-the-pack teams in the NFC who are probably good enough to make a playoff run if a few things go their way. And the Commanders are right on the bubble, one of the teams that could sneak in.
Outside of the NFC East, no division inspires confidence. Heck, there might be just one other team in the conference (Minnesota Vikings) that inspire confidence, and even that is shaky at best.
So, it’s expected to be a good game on Sunday night. What’s better than a division rivalry game late in the season between teams with a legitimate need to win?
Both teams come in at 7-5. If the season were to end today, both would qualify for the postseason.
The last time these two met, it ended in a tie. That’s no fun, so we get to finally see who is the better team this go-around. Please, no more ties, for goodness’ sake.
One note: This game was flexed into SNF. Previously, the Raiders and Patriots were scheduled.

Washington Commanders vs New York Giants matchup history
Historically this has been all Giants. They lead the series 105 games to 71. The Commanders have won the last two games that didn’t end in a tie, though. Since 2010, the Giants have won 15 of the 25 matchups.
For what it’s worth, these two have tied twice. Before this year they tied in 1997.
