Buffalo Bills at Cincinnati Bengals Week 17 Prediction

In Week 17, the Bills face their toughest test remaining in the red-hot Cincinnati Bengals. Just this past week, the Bengals erased a double-digit lead in the blink of an eye. All it took was three Tom Brady turnovers in a single quarter to make it happen.

It happened that fast. Cincinnati leaped all over the Bucs, causing Tampa fans to enter hysteria.

Cincinnati will present a tough challenge, as Joe Burrow has been playing excellent football as of late and has his top receiver healthy again in Ja’Marr Chase. This should be a close game, but where the bold prediction comes into play is with a guy who hasn’t been a big enough part of the offense in recent weeks.

Stefon Diggs has been visibly upset as he’s not gotten the type of attention he’s liked from his best bud and quarterback, Josh Allen. But, Allen is no dummy. Chances are, they’ll fix that problem against the Bears, with Diggs having a big day in Chicago. But, the very next week, he’ll need to be at his best again for the Bills to beat Cincy.

This season, the Bengals have given up the third-fewest passing touchdowns: Just 15 all year. For perspective, the Chiefs have given up the most (30). They had also not allowed for a single 300-yard passer until Brady threw for 312 this last Sunday.

This is not an easy defense to score on through the air, but that’s exactly what Diggs is going to do,and he’s going to do it twice.

The downside? Burrow and the Bengals pull out a barn burner, unfortunately.

Bold Prediction: Stefon Diggs goes for 100+ yards and two touchdowns but the Bengals win, 33-30
