Last Sunday night, the Giants got back in the win column with a victory at Washington. On Saturday, Brian Daboll’s club took on the Vikings at Minnesota. Big Blue was down early and a couple of turnovers didn’t help their cause.

New York turned a 10-0 deficit into a 24-24 contest with 2:01 to play. The Giants’ defense finished the day with four sacks of Kirk Cousins, but Daboll’s club wound up losing via a 61-yard field goal on the final play of the game.

John Harbaugh’s club hosted the struggling Falcons on Saturday. The Baltimore defense gave up 327 total yards but consistently frustrated Atlanta on third (5-of-14) and fourth (1-of-4) down. Gus Edwards finished with more than half (99) of the team’s 184 rushing yards.

Harbaugh’s team also played turnover-free football and Tyler Huntley was not sacked. The Ravens would wind up grabbing a playoff spot when the Patriots lost to the Bengals.

123. . 11-4. Previous: . Dallas Cowboys. 7. team

Mike McCarthy’s team looked to bounce back from last week’s overtime disaster at Jacksonville. They hosted the division-leading Philadelphia Eagles but the Cowboys still had eyes on winning a division title.

Quarterback Dak Prescott overcame an early pick-six as McCarthy’s club was down 10-0 early in the first quarter. The Dallas’ signal-caller overcame six sacks and threw for 347 yards and three touchdowns as the Cowboys rolled up 419 total yards.
