Off the greatest comeback in NFL history, the Vikings were at home for the second straight week and took on the improved Giants. Kevin O’Connell’s club owned a 10-point lead in the second quarter but with 2:01 to play the teams were tied at 24-all.

Kirk Cousins threw for 299 yards and three score and also orchestrated a 33-yard drive in the closing minutes. Greg Joseph connected on a 61-yard field goal at the gun to give O’Connell’s team the victory.

5. team. 16. . 12-3. Previous: . Buffalo Bills

The Bills could wrap up a third consecutive AFC East title with a victory in the Windy City. McDermott’s club trailed 10-6 at intermission and then outscored the Bears 29-3 in the second half. Devin Singletary ran for 106 of the team’s 254 yards on the ground.

Buffalo wound up turnover the ball three times, but Josh Allen overcame two interceptions with a pair of TD passes and one touchdown run. The Bills wound up with three Bears’ takeaways.

12-3. Previous: . Kansas City Chiefs. 4. team. 124.

Andy Reid’s playoff-bound team looked to keep in the race for the top seed in the AFC. The Chiefs hosted the reeling Seahawks and while the club wound up scoring 24 points, the Kansas City offense managed to amass only 297 total yards.

Reid’s club ran only 51 plays (to Seattle’s 73) and held the ball for only 24:58. The good news was that the AFC West champions played turnover-free football for the first time since a Week 5 win over the Raiders.
