TE: Evan Engram, Jacksonville Jaguars ($4,400)

Arguably the hottest tight end in the NFL over the last few weeks, Evan Engram has been dynamite as a fantasy option. He’s finished in the top-five in tight end scoring in three out of the last four weeks and is a big reason why Jacksonville now controls their own destiny for a playoff berth.

Getting a tight end who’s been the best fantasy producer not named Travis Kelce over the past few weeks at this price seems illegal. Engram has a safe floor and elite upside. Especially in a good matchup against Houston this week, Engram is a solid option.

FLEX: Leonard Fournette, Tampa Bay Buccaneers ($5,600)

After falling into a near-even timeshare with rookie Rachaad White, it looked like Leonard Fournette’s time as the Bucs’ starter was coming to an end. Last week, however, Fournette totaled 29 touches and finished as the overall RB6. It seems like Fournette is the back that the Bucs trust the most when the game is on the line.

In a tough divisional game against Carolina in Week 17, both backs will likely be used significantly. Fournette seems to have the edge right now, and he’s generally been productive with the touches he’s received this year. Fournette is a solid flex option this week.

D/ST: New York Giants ($3,900)

At this point, it’s pretty much a guaranteed win to pick any defense against the Indianapolis Colts, who have no quarterback capable of not turning the ball over. The latest attempt at fixing the issue, Nick Foles, threw three interceptions on a Monday night blowout.

The Giants’ defense has plenty of talent and should make things difficult for the Colts and Foles, making them one of the top plays on defense this week, especially at home.
