6-10. Previous: . Las Vegas Raiders. 24. team. 28.

Jarrett Stidham made his first NFL start as the Raiders looked to cool off the scorching 49ers. Josh McDaniels’ club played one of its better games of the season and had few problems moving the football against the formidable Niners’ defense.

Las Vegas rolled up 500 total yards and Stidham threw for 365 yards and three scores. He also served up two interceptions, the second in overtime that would set up San Francisco’s game-winning field goal.

44. . 6-10. Previous: . Atlanta Falcons. 23. team

Arthur Smith’s club looked to end a four-game skid when they hosted the struggling Cardinals. Desmond Ridder threw for 169 yards and lost a fumble, but Tyler Allgeier (83) and Cordarrelle Patterson (42) combined for 125 of the club’s 132 yards on the ground and each ran for a touchdown.

Down 19-17 with 4:57 to play, the Falcons held the ball for the remainder of the game. A 12-play drive was capped off by Younghoe Koo’s 21-yard kick at the gun.

53. . 7-9. Previous: . Cleveland Browns. 22. team

The Browns looked to spoil the playoff hopes of the Commanders as the clubs met in Landover. Running back Nick Chubb ran for 104 yards and a touchdown as Cleveland rushed for 146 yards.

Deshaun Watson overcame five sacks and threw for only 169 yards (9-of-18) but connected for three scores, two of those TD strikes to Amari Cooper. The Browns’ defense gave up 260 total yards and picked off Washington quarterback Carson Wentz three times.
