WR Odell Beckham Jr.

Pairing Brady with Davante Adams would be a dream for the Raiders, but he’ll need more targets to make it worth it. That’s where Beckham Jr. comes in.

Adams led Las Vegas with 1,516 yards and 14 touchdowns. The next leading receiver was Mack Hollins with 690 yards and four touchdowns. Hunter Renfrow had 36 catches for 330 yards and two touchdowns.

There’s room in the offense for someone like OBJ to come in and give defenses someone else to focus on.

JuJu Smith-Schuster is also heading for free agency after a productive year with the Chiefs as another option without the major injury worries Beckham Jr. brings to the table this offseason.

Either way, Adams and whatever quarterback is throwing passes his way will need reinforcements.

DT Daron Payne

The Raiders will need reinforcements on the defensive line and they couldn’t do much better than landing Daron Payne after his stellar season with the Commanders.

Payne had 11.5 sacks, 18 tackles for loss and 20 QB hits in his fifth year in the pros. He was exactly the kind of force Las Vegas could use to give Maxx Crosby some support.

And Crosby certainly needs some help. He was wasted in a miserable Raiders defense. They had 27 sacks all year. He had 12 of them.

Bilal Nichols could be a cap casualty after a disappointing 2022 season while Andrew Billings and Jerry Tillery are heading for free agency. Upgrades are needed.
