Grading Raiders 2022 third-round pick: G Dylan Parham – A

The Las Vegas Raiders didn’t have a first or second-round pick in the NFL Draft. However, they were able to get a supreme talent in the third round when they took guard Dylan Parham. Vegas hosted the draft this year, and they did the most with their lack of picks. Parham was named to the All-Rookie second team as a guard, and he looks to build off the starting role he took this season. Hopefully, he can be a solution for the Raiders’ offensive line in the future.

Grading Raiders 2022 fourth-round pick: RB Zamir White – C

Zamir White had an outside chance to take a big role in the offense this season, but Josh Jacobs’ resurgence really put that behind the team. He only touched the ball 17 times this season, and he finished three different games with negative rushing yards. He just never really hit. Tyler Allgeier was still on the board, and he was great for the Falcons this season. White? Well, he might be in trouble this offseason.

Grading Raiders 2022 fourth-round pick: DT Neil Farrell Jr. – B-

What can one expect from a fourth-round pick defensive tackle in his rookie season? It’s rare one breaks out that quickly. The Raiders left Neil Farrell on the sidelines for most of the season. If this exercise allowed an incomplete, then Farrell would deserve that.

Grading Raiders 2022 fifth-round pick: DT Matthew Butler – C

If we’re not judging Neil Farrell, then it’s hard to judge Matthew Butler, who plays the same position, however, his lack of availability really makes it hard to give him higher than a C. Injuries can change decisions for regimes, and it could put Butler on the chopping block. He needs to have a healthy offseason or the Raiders could move on.

Grading Raiders 2022 seventh-round pick: T Thayer Munford Jr. – A

Thayer Munford Jr is a behemoth offensive lineman that the Raiders got in the seventh round. They spent a late pick based on possibility alone. He actually started some games when the Raiders were dealing with injuries. This could lead to something. Munford Jr. was one of the reasons the Raiders felt comfortable cutting Leatherwood in training camp. Expect him to fight for a starting job, which deserves an A in of itself.

Grading Raiders 2022 seventh-round pick: RB Brittain Brown – C-

The Raiders spent another draft pick on a running back. Brittain Brown didn’t do much of anything this season. With Jacobs, White, and Ameer Abdullah, there weren’t enough carries to get Brown into the mix. We expect him to play a bigger role in the offense next season.
