1. OT Garett Bolles

This is another move that likely hurts Russell Wilson in the short term, but it makes sense for the Broncos in the long term. Garett Bolles was a very good tackle going into last season. Some considered him one of the Broncos best players. He was one of the strengths of this team. That is, until he broke his leg in October.

Luckily for the Broncos, he says he’s on track to return for the start of the season. Prior to last season, Bolles played in 48 straight games. He’s been very sturdy on the left side of the offensive line.

This one move might seem a little heartless. Bolles is a heart-and-soul type of player who the team will build around in the locker room. Those are the types of players this team theoretically needs. On the other hand, who knows how Bolles will recover from the broken leg. The injury might be in his head.

He still has value right now, and the Broncos need to take advantage of that. They shouldn’t give him away. However, if a team is willing to pay big for Bolles to solidify their left tackle position, then the Broncos should definitely be listening.
