3 Eagles offensive coordinator replacements with Shane Steichen leaving

Eagles offensive coordinator replacements: 2. Marcus Brady
Rather than take the most sensible route, why not keep playing this game of musical chairs with the Colts and see where it goes?
Marcus Brady served as the Colts’ offensive coordinator in 2021 and 2022, promoted to the position after Nick Sirianni left to become the Eagles head coach.
This little jig between the Colts and Eagles’ coaching positions has been fun indeed, even if it doesn’t make that much sense. Here’s a quick recap: in 2018, the Colts hired Eagles OC Frank Reich to be head coach. In 2021, the Eagles hired Colts OC Nick Sirianni to be head coach. This past week, the Colts hired Shane Steichen to be head coach.
Brady, who received mild interest from the New York Jets for their then-open offensive coordinator in January, currently serves on the Eagles’ staff as a consultant, so the pattern wouldn’t really stick.
Still, Brady poses as an intriguing OC candidate given his experience coaching a wide gamut of quarterbacks in Indy.
