3. Denver Broncos

The Denver Broncos traded a ton of capital to obtain Russell Wilson from the Seahawks and new head coach Sean Payton from the Saints. They might be a tough fit when it comes to the cap, but Payton was Jordan’s coach for many seasons in New Orleans.

Back in 2021, Jordan publically stated that he thought the Saints could win the Super Bowl with Wilson as their quarterback.

The Broncos’ defense wasn’t the biggest problem last season. We all know how badly the offense struggled under Wilson and Nathaniel Hackett. But the pass rush was sub-par as they ranked near the bottom of the league in sacks. Jordan would certainly help to boost that number.

Wilson regained some of his form and production toward the end of the year and fans are excited to see what Payton and Wilson can do together. Jordan just missed out on the Saints Super Bowl season under Payton as he was drafted in 2011. Could he team up with Payton again and help make the Broncos contenders again in 2023?
