DraftKings NBA DFS Picks for March 7
DraftKings NBA DFS Picks Top Shooting Guards
Bradley Beal – $8,200: Beal is back to playing 35+ minutes per game and has averaged almost 25 shots per game over his last four outings. Tonight Beal takes on the Pistons who are near the bottom of the league in most defensive metrics. I’m slightly concerned with the blowout potential, but I’ll still be playing Beal tonight.
Klay Thompson – $8,100: Klay Thompson loves tonight’s matchup against the Thunder. Klay has averaged 48.5 against OKC over two outings this year and shot 18-30 from deep, good for a 60% clip. This game features the highest point total of the night at 242.5 and Klay will get plenty of shots. Lock him in at shooting guard.
Mikal Bridges – $8,100: Free from being a lesser option in Phoenix, Bridges is absolutely dominating for Brooklyn. He’s had back-to-back games with 20 or more shots and tonight gets the Rockets’ defense. Bridges has 49 and 61 FP in his last two games and should have no problem keeping the train moving against a horrid Houston club.
DraftKings Value Shooting Guards
Jalen Suggs – $4,200: Suggs started with Gary Harris out last game and Harris is questionable again tonight. It’s hard to find guys who will play 30+ minutes at such a low salary, but Suggs played 35 minutes with Harris out. He’s been getting close to 10 shots a game, even when playing off the bench. I like this much more if Harris sits, but Suggs could hit value even off the bench.
Alec Burks – $4,100: Like Suggs, Burks could benefit tonight from some injuries. Both Killian Hayes and Hamidou Diallo are questionable, so Burks should get 25 minutes tonight, maybe even 30 if both are out. Burks is shooting 41 percent from distance and represents good value tonight at $4,100.
Joe Ingles – $3,500: Ingles has a limited ceiling — he hasn’t gone over 30 FP since January — but with Jrue Holiday and Giannis both out for tonight (as well as Wes Matthews and Goran Dragic), he should get 20-25 minutes and get close to hitting 6x value.
