4. Dante Fowler Jr., DE

Last season, Fowler was excellent in his role for the Cowboys. He played in only 30 percent of the Cowboys’ defensive snaps, and he still managed to record six sacks and 21 pressures. For perspective, he was on pace for 20 sacks if he played every defensive snap.

Fowler was quietly efficient. He had 27 combined tackles and seven tackles for loss, and he did not miss a single tackle, per Pro Football Reference.

In the past, Fowler has strung together elite stretches of play. In 2019, he had 11.5 sacks for the Los Angeles Rams.

Spotrac estimates Fowler’s market value to be $7 million per season. Edge rusher is not the biggest need for the Cowboys with Micah Parsons, DeMarcus Lawrence, Dorance Armstrong, and Sam Williams on the roster, but at that value, Fowler would be an excellent signing for the Cowboys.
