3 moves Chiefs can make to replace JuJu Smith-Schuster at half the price, No. 1: Draft Zay Flowers

We once again look at the NFL Draft. While Downs could be a great option for the Chiefs, they should be looking at Zay Flowers out of Boston College.

Flowers’ size (5-foot-9, 182-pounds) could be something that would deter teams from selecting him. However. he has the speed and athletic ability that would intrigue the Chiefs and make him a great fit in Andy Reid’s offense. Speaking of his speed, he recorded a 4.42-second 40-yard dash time at the NFL Scouting Combine.

At Boston College this past season, Flowers caught 78 passes for 1,077 yards and 12 touchdowns through 12 games played. Chiefs fans, take a look at some of the plays he has made this past season for Boston College, and tell me you’re not sold on what he can bring to the offense.

The Chiefs may have to move up just a little bit to select Flowers, but they should certainly explore the possibility of drafting him.
