3. Juju Smith-Schuster

When JuJu Smith-Schuster hit the free-agent market, he seemed like a perfect target for the Packers. After all, Green Bay clearly needs to improve at the wide receiver position, and bringing in a high-impact receiver like Smith-Schuster would have been a great way to make that happen. Yet, given the Packers’ current situation, the skilled receiver opted to ink a three-year, $25.5 million contract with the New England Patriots.

Smith-Schuster would have been a great weapon for the Packers and could have created magic with Packers QB Jordan Love. Yet, due to Rodgers, the Packers missed out on a player that they could have used to strengthen their offense in 2023. In 16 games last season with the Kansas City Chiefs, he had three touchdowns, 78 receptions, and 933 receiving yards.
