The Golden State Warriors need a win on Tuesday night to stay ahead of the New Orleans Pelicans in the standings.

While Golden State is heavily favored, I think there may be some more value in the prop market, especially for two of the Warriors’ star guards. Plus, one Pelicans youngster is shooting the ball at a high rate lately, and I like his 3-point prop tonight.

Let’s examine each pick for Warriors-Pelicans:

Pelicans vs. Warriors best NBA prop bets

  • Jordan Poole OVER 22.5 Points and Assists
  • Steph Curry OVER 11.5 Assists and Rebounds
  • Trey Murphy III OVER 2.5 3-Pointers Made

Jordan Poole OVER 22.5 Points and Assists

Over his last eight games, Jordan Poole has cleared this number five times, and he’s averaging 19.1 points per game over that stretch.

You could take Poole’s points prop alone, but the Warriors guard is averaging 4.6 assists per game as well over this stretch.

Any time the Warriors are at home, I love taking their props given how often they’ve won at Chase Center. I’ll rock with Poole to pick up 23 or more points and assists tonight.

Steph Curry OVER 11.5 Assists and Rebounds

A Steph Curry prop that doesn’t involve scoring?

Well, Steph has picked up 12 or more rebounds or assists in four of his last five games, and he’s averaging 6.2 rebounds and 6.3 assists per game on the season.

Now, Golden State is at home, where it has played much better this season, which should allow Steph to get some easy assists to his teammates. Curry stuffs the stat sheet a lot more than many expect, and I think this number is too long on Tuesday night.

Trey Murphy III OVER 2.5 3-Pointers Made

Trey Murphy is hot right now, and he’s shooting a ton of 3-point shots as well.

Murphy has attempted at least seven shots from deep in nine straight games, and he’s made three or more shots from deep eight of his last 10 matchups.

The Warriors are better defensively at home, but based on volume alone, I have to take the OVER for Murphy tonight.

Game odds refresh periodically and are subject to change.
