NFL Draft 2023: When does day three of the draft start?
By John Buhler
We have only one more day left in the 2023 NFL Draft, so you guys better enjoy it then!
With the 2023 NFL Draft reaching its conclusion on Saturday, let’s find out when it starts back up.
Day one saw 31 men’s lives change forever for the better, as they got to hear NFL commissioner Roger Goodell call out their names. Although it does not receive the same sort of fanfare as day one typically does, day-two picks are usually where teams win and lose drafts. These guys are expected to become pillars of their organizations and help them contend for major championships.
So with day three rapidly approaching, when do you need to have the TV flipped over to ESPN?
NFL Draft 2023: When does all of the day three action start from Kansas City?
Day three of the 2023 NFL Draft will commence in earnest on Saturday, April 29 at 12:00 p.m. ET/11:00 a.m. CT from Kansas City. Rounds four through seven will see dozens of players finding out where they are going to play professionally. Although half of the league is undrafted, it is still pretty cool to see many of the college stars we loved watching of late see their dreams be fulfilled.
Even the most diehard college football fans may not know everything about every player taken on Saturday. For the casuals, you may just want to enjoy it being springtime outside in the United States of America. If you want to find out who your team drafted, wait until later on Saturday night. Should you want to see where your favorite college team’s players went, just check Twitter.
Overall, day three is when strong front offices flex their abilities over those who don’t know what they are doing. Hall of famers are drafted in day three all time, so don’t let someone tell you that any of these picks are inconsequential. Just look at last year’s Mr. Irrelevant. Brock Purdy was the last player taken out of Iowa State and played a massive part in the San Francisco 49ers’ success.
May your favorite team know what it is doing on Saturday and may your rivals remain clueless.
