12. S John Johnson III

Back in 2020, he was a very-coveted unrestricted free agent, and the Cleveland Browns inked him to a three-year, $33.75 million deal (via Spotrac). However, the organization opted to part ways with safety John Johnson III after just two seasons. He started all but one game for the club and a year ago, he finished second on the club with 96 defensive stops. Johnson also contributed to the kick coverage units.

Signs with Bengals

11. DE Frank Clark

The eight-year pro was a big part of the Kansas City defense the past four seasons after being acquired from the Seahawks in a trade. During his stay with the Chiefs, he totaled 23.5 sacks in 58 regular-season contests, then added an impressive 10.5 QB traps in a dozen playoff games with Andy Reid’s club. Kansas City released him this offseason and it wouldn’t be a shock to see him reunited with Pete Carroll.

10. C Ben Jones

He’s one of the more reliable offensive linemen in the league and he was surprisingly cut loose by the Tennessee Titans this offseason. Of course, the organization also parted ways with veteran left tackle Taylor Lewan. Center Ben Jones was out for five of Tennessee’s last seven games this past season, the first time in seven years with the team he missed a game. The 11-year pro was named to the Pro Bowl in 2022.

Signs with Cardinals

9. DE Yannick Ngakoue

He’s made his presence felt with five different teams (Jaguars, Vikings, Ravens, Raiders, and Colts) in just seven seasons. Defensive end Yannick Ngakoue has bounced around the NFL, more times than not via trade. It’s worth noting that the talented defender has not had fewer than eight sacks in any campaign. A Pro Bowler in Jacksonville in 2017, he’s totaled 65.0 quarterback traps in 110 regular-season outings.
