3 Brooklyn Nets who definitely won’t be back next season

Nets who won’t be back next season: 1. PG Seth Curry
Following the trade deadline, Seth Curry saw his minutes dwindle. Prior to the All-Star break, he averaged 22.9 minutes per contest. After the All-Star break, his average dropped to 14.1 minutes per game.
Curry is set to hit unrestricted free agency this summer. Point guard is not a major need for the Nets this offseason. Spencer Dinwiddie and Ben Simmons remain under contract.
Furthermore, the Nets are retooling their roster around Bridges. Does the 32-year-old Curry fit their timeline?
Curry should receive plenty of interest around the league. He remains one of the best shooters in the game. At the moment, Curry sits at sixth in NBA history in career 3-point percentage (43.53 percent).
He has also elevated his game during the postseason. He has played in big games for the Blazers, Mavericks, and Philadelphia 76ers. During the Sixers’ 2021 playoff run, he averaged 18.8 points per game across 12 appearances, while shooting a blazing 50.6 percent from three.
Shooters are always a hot commodity in free agency. I would not be surprised to see a team offer Curry a valuable, long-term deal. Are the Nets willing to match that?
