Steelers schedule 2023: Game-by-game predictions, Weeks 9-13

Nov. 2. 21. 8:20 PM ET. 6. 35. 55. Week 9. Amazon Prime

It honestly wouldn’t be shocking to see someone like Ryan Tannehill or Derrick Henry no longer on the Titans roster at this point in the year based on how the season could go in Tennessee. This offensive line is not good and the defense, overall, isn’t great with the depth throughout that side of the ball. Pittsburgh should dominate, even if they don’t pour it on as they’re playing on the short week with the Thursday Night game.

TBD. 28. Nov. 12. 55. Week 10. 20. 49. TBD

When I went through the Packers’ worst-case scenario for the 2023 season, I was quite critical of Joe Barry and that defense. That’s a point that stands in any scenario if we’re being honest.

Kenny Pickett should have a ton of success over the middle of the field in this game and, while I do think Jordan Love will start to show some real signs of improvement by this point in the year, it won’t be enough against this Steelers defense, especially with the game at Acrisure.

Week 11. TBD. TBD. Nov. 19. 21. 20. 55. 53

Remember when I said that the Browns are going to shock some people this year? I expect them to have a nice start to the year with Watson and make a move or two at the trade deadline to help bolster the defense. So while Pickett and the Steelers will still be successful, it won’t be as much so. And in a battle that should be tight, the improvement on Cleveland’s in will prove to be the difference, especially in Cleveland.

TBD. 20. 55. Nov. 26. Week 12. 56. TBD. 28

For as much as Pittsburgh has undeniably improved this offseason, it’s still quite clear that the Bengals are the cream of the crop in the AFC North.

Admittedly, I do think that the Bengals defense could take a step back this season. But even with that, Joe Burrow and the Cincinnati offense are just on another level, even against an upper-echelon defense like the Steelers.

14. Dec. 3. 38. Week 13. 32. TBD. 55. TBD

After playing a game against a legitimate Super Bowl contender like the Bengals, we’re at the opposite end of the spectrum with the Cardinals. Even if Kyler Murray is playing, Arizona has the worst roster in the NFL in the 2023 season, so the Steelers should put forth their most convincing victory of the year, especially at home.
