Today’s USMNT news is all about transfer rumors, West Ham United are interested in Yunus Musah, Taylor Booth has been linked with Manchester United and Malik Tillman could sign for Rangers permanently.

USMNT news: Yunus Musah to West Ham

Yunus Musah has been linked with a move away from Valencia to top Premier League sides including Liverpool and Arsenal. However, it might be better for the USMNT midfielder to join a club where he knows he will be able to play regularly.

The Daily Mail has reported that “West Ham are keeping an eye on USA midfielder and former Arsenal trainee, Yunus Musah.”

The Hammers are preparing for life without their star midfielder Declan Rice, who has been heavily rumored to be set to join Arsenal this summer. Whilst it would be difficult for any player to replace Rice, Musah would definitely do a job in the middle of the park for West Ham.

David Moyes’ side is now 15th in the Premier League and are six points above the drop zone with two games left to play. Top-flight soccer is all but secured and they still have a chance of being in Europe next season.

West Ham is leading their semi-final Europa Conference League tie with AZ Alkmaar 2-1. The return leg is in the Netherlands this Thursday and many fancy the Hammers to win the whole tournament and qualify for the Europa League.

USMNT news: Taylor Booth to Man United

Utrecht midfielder Taylor Booth is starting to attract interest from big clubs in Europe which include Manchester United and Napoli.

According to Fichajes “Erik ten Hag, current Manchester United manager, has his sights set on American midfielder Taylor Booth.” Whilst Area Napoli revealed that Napoli wants to sign an American player but is put off by Christian Pulisic’s wages, so are looking to sign Booth instead.

Ten Hag has done a great job at rebuilding United. He has already won the EFL Cup, they are in the final of the FA Cup and currently occupy a top-four place in the Premier League. The signing of Booth would be one for the future of his Red Devils side.

Napoli is another massive club and they have just won Serie A. However, if Napoli only wants to sign him because he is American, then the signing would be for the wrong reasons.

USMNT news: Malik Tillman to Rangers

Malik Tillman has recently won the PFA Scotland Men’s Young Player of the Year award. It was great for the Americans’ performances at Rangers this season to be recognized. There is a chance that his loan at the Scottish club from Bayern Munich could be made permanent.

Speaking to Sky Sports, Tillman said “I have had a great time here. It might not be the end – we will see what’s going to happen in the summer. It’s 50-50. It’s up to Rangers, up to Bayern and up to me, so it’s completely open.

“I am going to speak to Michael Beale in the coming days and then see what he is saying, see what Bayern are saying, and then I will decide.”
