31. Andy Reid – Kansas City Chiefs

The Kansas City Chiefs are the reigning Super Bowl Champions. Andy Reid is one of the most respected coaches in the National Football League. He’s brought out the best of the best player in the NFL Patrick Mahomes. Everything that Reid has done since joining the Chiefs has turned into gold. That point really hit home last season, as they finished the league year lifting the Lombardi Trophy.

Reid has two Super Bowl Championships, one of only 13 coaches who have more than one all-time. He is the only active coach with multiple Super Bowl wins besides Bill Belichick. His job is as safe as any. Nothing short of a scandal would cause the Chiefs to move on from Reid.

Many thought Reid would retire at the end of last season since he could go out on top, but that wasn’t the case. He even let Eric Bieniemy go to Washington. Many expected him to be the natural successor to Reid since he was creating an offense for them.

Reid and Mahomes are going to be a dynamic duo again. They will likely win the AFC West, and they go into the year as the Super Bowl favorites. Despite many changes across the roster, this team could still win every game. Reid is part of the reason for the Chiefs’ consistency and probably an underrated part of the process.
