24. John Harbaugh – Baltimore Ravens

John Harbaugh is a hard nut to crack. While the Baltimore Ravens haven’t been further than the Divisional Round of the playoffs since winning Super Bowl XLVII in 2013, it seems like the Ravens know they have a good thing in John Harbaugh. There have been whispers of his contract status, but he signed a three-year contract extension just last year.

Harbaugh is getting his ace quarterback Lamar Jackson back after the Ravens signed him to a record contract this offseason. They also built a much better offense, signing Odell Beckham Jr. and drafting Zay Flowers. This should be a much better offense, especially if Jackson can stay healthy.

This is going to be a key year for Harbaugh and the Ravens. He has to show a little more than he’s shown in the past five years. He has to have playoff success. He can’t just make the playoffs, but he has to have success in the playoffs.

Nine of the 16 AFC teams have played in the AFC Championship Game in the past 10 years. The Ravens are one of seven teams that haven’t made it in the time frame. Is it AFC Championship or bust? No, but it’s AFC Championship or hot seat for sure.
