With the Bradley Beal trade market heating up tremendously, the Miami Heat are heavily in the mix and their offer to the Wizards has been revealed.

The Miami Heat are reportedly one of the top suitors to work a Bradley Beal trade with the Washington Wizards as trade rumors around the All-Star guard heat up once again.

Now we know what the Heat are reportedly willing to offer.

David Aldridge and Josh Robbins of The Athletic (subscription required) have reported that the Heat are willing to offer Kyle Lowry (an expiring contract), Duncan Robinson and multiple first-round picks to Washington in exchange for Beal.

The Heat are trying to dump Robinson’s contract in this deal, surely, though Robinson did restore some of his previous value by playing well in this year’s playoff run. Still, his contract is a bit overpriced and he has three more years left on the deal.

Miami could offer Victor Oladipo instead, but his contract is somewhat valuable due to the fact that it is a cheap expiring (assuming he accepts his player option).

NBA Rumors: Heat’s Bradley Beal trade offer tied heavily to Damian Lillard

The Suns’ offer has already been reported and was further confirmed in this report. The only update here is that the Suns are open to trading DeAndre Ayton instead of Chris Paul, but Beal will use his no-trade clause if Ayton is included in the deal.

Miami’s interest in Beal is complicated by their preferred interest in Damian Lillard. They’ll likely wait for any decision on that front (a trade or no action) before moving on Beal.

Having said that, if Lillard is traded elsewhere or stays in Portland, the Heat could sweeten the offer to the Wizards fo Beal by including Tyler Herro as he could be the finishing piece to get a deal done. Miami is obviously close to a title and can’t afford to miss out again this offseason as they did with Kevin Durant and Donovan Mitchell last summer.

Regardless, the Heat clearly understand the need to be aggressive. Sure, they could enter the luxury tax, but if that’s the price of getting over the hump in contending for a title, it’s well worth it.
