Key players for the USWNT at the Women’s World Cup: 2. Alex Morgan

The pressure at a World Cup is intense, and the USWNT has 14 players on their squad who will be experiencing that pressure for the very first time. Thankfully they have someone on the roster who is very accustomed to having the eyes of the world on her. Alex Morgan’s veteran presence at her fourth World Cup will be vital to keeping this team in the zone. Not to mention her remarkable skill on the ball and ability to come up with goals in big moments.

As one of the faces of the team, Morgan will work tirelessly to set this team up for success and with her experience, things are looking up for the US.
