AC Milan, Juventus, Fulham, Union Berlin and now PSV Eindhoven all have two players from the USMNT roster in their squads and Americans should be excited about watching these teams next season.

Filling your squad with USMNT players may not always be wise. Just ask Leeds United fans who had Tyler Adams, Weston McKennie and Brenden Aaronson last season and saw their side relegated from the Premier League.

However, there are some top European sides who have now got American duos in their rosters and here are the best ones to look out for in the upcoming campaign.

USMNT roster: Christian Pulisic and Yunus Musah (AC Milan)

Christian Pulisic joining AC Milan has been the most exciting transfer from an American perspective this summer. After not getting enough game time at Chelsea, he is already shining for Milan in pre-season and scored his first goal for the club against Monza in the Silvio Berlusconi Trophy this week.

Joining Pulisic in Milan is Yunus Musah who made his debut for the Rossoneri in a friendly defeat vs Trento yesterday. Seeing the two USMNT players at one of Italy’s top teams that will also be playing in the Champions League is a dream for fans of the Stars and Stripes.

USMNT roster: Timothy Weah and Weston McKennie (Juventus)

It was unexpected to see Timothy Weah sign for Juventus and even more surprising to see Weston McKennie get another chance at the club. However, McKennie has already provided an assist for Weah in a 3-1 friendly win over Real Madrid.

Weah’s versatility for Lille last season has earned him his move to Juve and he is impressing in a wing-back role for Massimiliano Allegri’s side. McKennie has a point to prove after a disastrous spell at Leeds United but he is a very talented player who can excel back in a team that will not be threatened with relegation.

USMNT roster: Tim Ream and Antonee Robinson (Fulham)

Tim Ream and Antonee Robinson both performed admirably for Fulham last season which was their first campaign back in the Premier League. The Cottagers finished 10th but they were not far off qualifying for European soccer. They also got to the quarter-finals of the FA Cup where they were unlucky not to beat Manchester United.

Ream is currently out with a fractured arm and he will be a big miss for Marco Silva’s side. Robinson has been linked with some top sides including Manchester City. However, he has recently signed a new contract with the London side, who are very lucky to have him.

USMNT roster: Jordan Pefok and Brenden Aaronson (Union Berlin)

Last season was not the most prolific for Jordan Pefok who scored just four Bundesliga goals. However, his side Union Berlin still finished fourth and qualified for the Champions League.

Pefok has been joined in Germany by Brenden Aaronson who has managed to escape from Leeds United of the Championship. Now Aaronson is back at a club that will not be fighting relegation, he has a real opportunity to thrive.

USMNT roster: Ricardo Pepi and Malik Tillman (PSV Eindhoven)

Ricardo Pepi scored 12 goals last season for FC Groningen who were relegated from the Eredivisie.  There were calls that the player should be testing himself in a better-quality league. However, he has remained in the Netherlands by signing for PSV Eindhoven.

Joining Pepi at PSV is Malik Tillman who has joined on loan from Bayern Munich. Tillman had a successful spell at Scottish club Rangers in the last campaign. He could end up facing the Gers in the next round of the Champions League qualifiers.
