As we enter Week 6 of the NFL season, we’re right in that sweet spot as bettors where we know what to expect from most teams, but oddsmakers are still hesitant to adjust their odds accordingly.

There are a few teams who have got off to a hot start, but still have better value across the board both in their upcoming games as well as the futures market.

Let’s take a look at three NFL teams who fit that category and who you should be backing with your money before the sportsbooks fully buy in.

All odds listed are via WynnBET Sportsbook.

Cincinnati Bengals

The Bengals are for real. I’ll admit, it took me a few weeks to come to this conclusion, but the overtime loss to the Packers showed me that Cincinnati is a real threat with Joe Burrow at quarterback. I know that the Bengals lost, but taking the Packers to overtime is no small feat.

The Bengals are only 3.5-point favorites against the winless Lions this week, so it shows that sportsbooks aren’t ready to treat them as a real contender just quite yet. They’re also +1100 to win the AFC North despite being only one game back from the lead, and WynnBET has their live win total set at 7.5. The over on that looks like a fantastic bet at -125 odds.

Philadelphia Eagles

Are the Eagles going to be a Super Bowl contender? Absolutely not, but don’t count them out just quite yet. They’re 2-3 on the season, but they still have all four games against the lowly Washington Football Team and New York Giants. Despite that, WynnBET has their live win total for the season set at six. They only need to win four more games to hit the over, and the Eagles haven’t been as bad as some people think.

They’re 10th in the NFL in yards per play (6.1) and are the fourth most effective rushing team, averaging 5.2 yards per carry. That’s not the makeup of a team that’s going to be worse than 6-11 by the end of the season. They're 7.5-point underdogs to the Bucs in Week 6.

Denver Broncos

The Broncos started their season off with a perfect 3-0 record, but after losing two straight games, fans and oddsmakers are all of a sudden off the bandwagon. Denver ranks third in opponent yards per play at 5.0 and they have the sixth best red zone defense. While their offense isn’t fantastic (17th in yards per play), they’re good enough to win plenty of games based on their defense.

WynnBET has their win total set at nine wins, and the over looks like a great bet at -115. They’re 4-point favorites against the Las Vegas Raiders on Sunday, who are a dumpster fire of a franchise at the moment.
