Must be nice to take Monday off, right? MLB gave us a light slate today with only 10 games, but there's still plenty of value on the board among the teams that did come to work today.

The BetSided team has you loaded with previews, prop bets and more for each game on the docket, but I'm here to bring you a lovely combination of wagers to kick your week off on the right foot.

Putting a parlay together is always a dangerous game, but I've got my safari gear on and am ready to wade the wager waters. Using the odds from WynnBET Sportsbook, here are my best MLB parlay picks of the day:

Best MLB Parlay Picks Today

Marlins (+118) vs Phillies

This should be a fantastic game between two of the hottest teams in baseball starting their aces. I'm in agreement with Reed Wallach that the value lies with Miami. Sandy Alcantara has a 0.56 ERA over his last six starts, spanning 48 innings. That's an obscene stretch and the Marlins have won each game. Over Alcantara's last four? He's allowed just one run total.

Aaron Nola has been strong this year, but has a 4.41 ERA at home and the Phillies are 1-4 in his last five starts at Citizens Bank Park. Miami has the stronger bullpen of late and the far superior defense, so I'll roll with the Marlins to win their seventh straight behind Alcantara.

Blue Jays -1.5 (-145) vs Orioles

Speaking of great pitchers on hot streaks, have you met Alek Manoah? The 24-year-old has a 7-1 record and 1.81 ERA, throwing a quality start in 10 of 11 outings this year while allowed three or fewer runs in all of them. Dating back to last year, the Blue Jays are 16-3 in his last 19 starts. They're 11-1 in his last dozen home appearances, so he's been dynamite.

But the Blue Jays' lineup has been dynamite as well, leading the league in OPS over the last month. Orioles' starter Kyle Bradish has a 6.05 expected ERA and ranks among the league's worst starters in most advanced metrics. Check out his MLB Statcast Pitching Profile:

I'll gladly back Toronto to stay hot behind one of the most dominant pitchers in the sport.

Cubs (+117) vs Padres

The Cubs have been dreadful of late, losing six straight and coming off an embarrassing sweep by the Yankees. That being said, now is the perfect time to strike on starter Justin Steele before the rest of the betting world catches up with his ability. Steele has a 4.79 ERA on the year, but his 3.38 expected ERA suggests better times are ahead. I think that starts tonight against a Padres team that's dropped three of four as a road favorite and is struggling against left-handed pitchers, ranking 19th in OPS over the last three weeks.

San Diego starts Yu Darvish today, who has a 5.82 ERA on the road. Opponents are squaring him up and he's given up at least five runs in two of his last three away from home. The Cubs rank fifth in OPS against right-handed pitchers over the last two weeks and I think they'll snap their losing streak today.

Diamondbacks (-146) vs Reds

This is a fade of Reds' starter Mike Minor. Dating back to last season, his team has lost nine consecutive games he's started. He has a 10.46 FIP (Fielding Independent Pitching) in his two starts this year and has given up five home runs in just 8.1 innings.

Arizona is 7-3 in their last 10 as a home favorite and I think they'll stay hot behind Merrill Kelly, who has allowed three runs or fewer in all but one of his 12 starts this year. Kelly has a 2.65 ERA at home and is in much better form. Back the Diamondbacks to push Cincy to 6-20 over their last 26 as a road underdog.
