The Los Angeles Rams’ run as the top team in our NFL Power Rankings lasted just one week, as they were upset by the Arizona Cardinals in Week 4.

The NFL is down to just one undefeated team in the Cardinals, as the Los Angeles Chargers took down the Las Vegas Raiders on Monday Night Football to give the AFC West three teams with a 3-1 record.

Buffalo, Green Bay and Kansas City all handled business this week against lesser opponents, and the Bills turned in their third consecutive dominant win, albeit over the Houston Texans.

Every week this season, yours truly delivers NFL Power Rankings that incorporate each team’s Super Bowl odds at WynnBET Sportsbook as they change each week. You can check out last week’s edition here.

Here’s how every team ranks heading into Week 5:

1. Tampa Bay Buccaneers (3-1, +550) Last Week: No. 2

Tom Brady's return didn't end in him destroying Bill Belichick, but we were treated to an awesome matchup between the Bucs and New England Patriots. The Bucs have some serious injury issues at cornerback with Jamel Dean, Carlton Davis and Sean Murphy-Bunting all hurt, but they still are the favorites at WynnBET.

2. Buffalo Bills (3-1, +850) LW: No. 4

The Bills look dialed in on both sides of the ball, as they easily shut out the Houston Texans 40-0 in Week 4. They'e outscored their opponents 118-21 over their last three games, pitching two shutouts.

3. Green Bay Packers (3-1, +1200) LW: No. 3

Aaron Rodgers didn't have Marquez Valdes-Scantling in Week 4, so he found his reliable target Randall Cobb for a pair of touchdowns. Green Bay has rebounded really well from its Week 1 loss to the Saints, and has a date with the also 3-1 Cincinnati Bengals in Week 5.

4. Los Angeles Rams (3-1, +1000) LW: No. 1

I still believe in the Rams, but their defense struggled slowing down Kliff Kingsbury's offense on Sunday. Kyler Murray is the new MVP favorite after beating the Rams, and Sean McVay will have to go back to the drawing board with the NFC West race heating up. Seattle is next for L.A.

5. Kansas City Chiefs (2-2, +600) LW: No. 5

Patrick Mahomes responded in a big way in Week 4, throwing five touchdown passes (three to Tyreek Hill) to lead the Chiefs to a blowout win over the Philadelphia Eagles. Josh Gordon is going to make this offense even more dynamic, and the Chiefs are trending up at the moment. Hope you grabbed their Super Bowl odds when they dropped last week.

6. Arizona Cardinals (4-0, +1400) LW: No. 10

Kyler Murray and the Cardinals are making a statement. Arizona blew out the Rams in Week 4, and they've gone from having the longest odds to win the NFC West to sitting in a tie with L.A. as +170 favorites. Is this the year Kyler and Kliff get over the hump?

7. Baltimore Ravens (3-1, +1300) LW: No. 6

The Ravens didn't deserve to fall this week, but the Cardinals deserved to move up, so they drop a spot. Lamar Jackson showed that it is possible to throw on Denver's defense and Hollywood Brown actually held onto a touchdown this week. The Ravens are looking like the best team in the AFC North after a rough Week 1 loss.

8. Los Angeles Chargers (3-1, +2000) LW: No. 9

Justin Herbert is a bonafide MVP candidate and Brandon Staley has his team sitting pretty in the AFC West with wins over the Chiefs and Raiders. Monday's performance is just another signal that the Chargers are for real, and the buy low window on their win total/playoff/division odds may be over.

9. Cleveland Browns (3-1, +1300) LW: No. 8

Myles Garrett and the Browns defense are straight up scary right now, but the offense was out of sync against the Vikings. Baker Mayfield missed a visibly frustrated Odell Beckham Jr. a few times on long throws, but the Nick Chubb and Kareem Hunt duo has been enough to lead Cleveland to a 3-1 start.

10. Dallas Cowboys (3-1, +1800) LW: No. 11

The Cowboys offense is showing us what we missed last season with Dak Prescott injured. Dallas dominated the 3-0 Carolina Panthers without Michael Gallup in Week 4, and it looks like the clear team to beat in the NFC East. Also, Trevon Diggs has five picks (!!) in four games. My goodness.

11. Las Vegas Raiders (3-1, +4000) LW: No. 14

The Raiders deserve some love for their 3-1 start, but their offensive line did not look good against the Chargers on Monday night, as Derek Carr took four sacks. The AFC West is going to be a dogfight all year, but the Raiders will need to take care of business at home now to keep pace with the Chargers.

12. Seattle Seahawks (2-2, +2500) LW: No. 17

Seattle has been incredibly frustrating to follow this season, as let down games in Week 2 and 3 dropped them last week, but they rallied with a strong win over the San Francisco 49ers. Russell Wilson didn't have to do much in the win, but this was a huge game for Seattle's division and potentially playoff chances.

13. San Francisco 49ers (2-2, +1800) LW: No. 7

The biggest loss may not have been to Seattle, but rather quarterback Jimmy Garopppolo suffering a calf injury. Trey Lance looked overwhelmed against Seattle, and the 49ers are in danger of losing some serious ground in the division race if Kyle Shanahan can't put Lance in a position to succeed.

14. Denver Broncos (3-1, +4000) LW: No. 13

The Broncos struggled offensively against improved competition in Baltimore, but Teddy Bridgewater's concussion is the bigger concern. Drew Lock put up zero points in the second half in relief and may have to start in a winnable game against the Pittsburgh Steelers in Week 5.

15. Carolina Panthers (3-1, +7500) LW: No. 15

Sam Darnold may lead the NFL in rushing touchdowns, but he threw two key interceptions to doom the Panthers in Week 4. Christian McCaffrey means a lot to this offense, and if he can't return the Panthers may be in for a close matchup with the Eagles in Week 5.

16. Cincinnati Bengals (3-1, +15000) LW: No. 18

The Bengals and Joe Burrow are 3-1. Cincy turned things around in Thursday Night Football against the winless Jacksonville Jaguars to improve to 3-1, and Burrow looks the part of a franchise quarterback. Aaron Rodgers and the Packers await in Week 5.

17. Washington Football Team (2-2, +10000) LW: No. 23

Taylor Heinicke leading comeback wins on the road? You got that right. The WFT quarterback tossed three scores to take down the Atlanta Falcons in Week 4. Washington's defense hasn't showed up, but it is 2-1 since Ryan Fitzpatrick got hurt. Things could be much worse.

18. Tennessee Titans (2-2, +4000) LW: No. 16

The Titans are lucky the rest of the AFC South has been terrible this season. Corey Davis got revenge on his former team, catching a bomb from Zach Wilson to help the New York Jets upset the Titans and get their first win of the season. Mike Vrabel's team looks very average to start this season, and Ryan Tannehill has taken a league-high 4.2 sacks per game.

19. New Orleans Saints (2-2, +4000) LW: No. 12

The Saints' season has made no sense. They blew out the Packers, struggled against the Panthers and then dominated the Patriots before losing in overtime to the winless New York Giants. Alvin Kamara has been a non-factor in the passing game this season, and the Saints lack an identity through the first four games.

20. New England Patriots (1-3, +5000) LW: No. 20

Mac Jones actually outplayed Tom Brady in Week 4, but the Patriots were unable to upset the Buccaneers on Sunday Night Football. I was impressed with the Patriots defense, specifically Matthew Judon, J.C. Jackson and Jonathan Jones, but the wins haven't been there to start the season. They get a easy matchup with Houston in Week 5.

21. Chicago Bears (2-2, +20000) LW: No. 27

Justin Fields' second career start was much better than his first, and he showed why everyone is so high on him going forward. However, Matt Nagy still is calling Andy Dalton the team's starter once he's healthy. Maybe Nagy should let Bill Lazor call more than just the plays (like deciding the team's quarterback too) the rest of the season.

22. Minnesota Vikings (1-3, +6000) LW: No. 19

Minnesota has lost three games by a combined 11 points this season. Brutal. However, Kirk Cousins and company couldn't move the ball against the Browns on Sunday and squandered a great game by their Minnesota defense. 1-3 is going to be a tough hole to dig out of in an ultra-competitive NFC.

23. Indianapolis Colts (1-3, +6000) LW: No. 24

The Colts started the season 0-3, but after beating the Miami Dolphins they're only a game behind the Titans in the AFC South. Indy is here not because of how its played, but because it may actually win the division with how inconsistent the Titans have been.

24. Philadelphia Eagles (1-3, +20000) LW: No. 25

The Eagles have lost three straight games to potential playoff teams in the 49ers, Cowboys and Chiefs. Jalen Hurts has looked good at times, but until the Eagles establish a running game he's only going to take them so far.

25. Pittsburgh Steelers (1-3, +12500) LW: No. 22

The Steelers and Ben Roethlisberger continue to disappoint after upsetting the Bills in Week 1. Pittsburgh has scored just 44 points over its last three games and faces a tough Denver defense in Week 5. Big Ben is washed, and this may be a lost season if the Steelers can't turn things around offensively in spite of him.

26. Miami Dolphins (1-3, +10000) LW: No. 21

The Dolphins look terrible without Tua Tagovailoa, and I'm going to give Brian Flores' squad the benefit of the doubt that things will change when the second-year signal-caller returns, but it's not looking great at the moment. Miami has scored just 10 points on offense in the first three quarters of the last two games. Slow starts have doomed the Dolphins, and they face a really tough test with the Bucs in Week 5.

27. Atlanta Falcons (1-3, +50000) LW: No. 26

The emergence of Cordarrelle Patterson in Arthur Smith's offense has been really fun to watch, and he scored three times against Washington. The problem is the Falcons have either struggled defensively or haven't been able to overcome Matt Ryan turnovers in their losses. Another top-five pick is not out of the question.

28. New York Giants (1-3, +20000) LW: No. 30

Daniel Jones threw for 402 yards to help the Giants pick up their first win of the season on Sunday. Saquon Barkley scored two touchdowns and continues to improve each week in his return from a torn ACL, but the Giants are going to need to sustain this if they want any chance at competing in the NFC. So far, they've shown that they're incapable of doing that in the first four games.

29. New York Jets (1-3, +100000) LW: No. 32

Zach Wilson turned in what I thought was the most impressive performance by a rookie quarterback this season in the Jets win over the Titans. If he turns a corner, it's a great sign for the Jets, and they actually have a very winnable game in Week 5 against Atlanta in London.

30. Detroit Lions (0-4, +100000) LW: No. 29

The Lions had a chance to upset a Bears team that struggled in Week 3, but they fell flat to stay winless. It's going to be a long season for Dan Campbell and company, but the Lions have at least hung around in every game this season.

31. Houston Texans (1-3, +100000) LW: No. 28

Davis Mills and the Texans were dominated by the Bills in Week 4, losing 40-0. Did we really expect anything less? Shoutout to everyone who took the Bills in survivor on advancing.

32. Jacksonville Jaguars (0-4, +100000) LW: No. 31

Urban Meyer has to go. Not only is he losing games in the NFL, but he's spending his off days hitting on college girls at the bar. It's a horrible look for the Jaguars, and they're not giving Trevor Lawrence the best environment to succeed, hence the 0-4 record.
