NFL Week 4 Wild Wagering Trends
Another week of the NFL season, another week of wild wagering trends.
If you blindly backed the trends I wrote about last week for Week 3, you would have gone 2-1. Maybe betting based on trends isn’t that bad of an idea after all.
Here are the top three wild trends for NFL Week 4.
All odds listed are via WynnBET Sportsbook.
Giants vs Saints -7.5 | Over/Under 41.5
The UNDER is 9-1 in the Giants Last 10 Games and 6-0 in Saints Last Five Games
The UNDER trend from last week’s Giants and Falcons game continued, and now it’s even juicier in New York’s Week 4 matchup with the Saints. With the total set at 41.5 for their game, the UNDER could be enticing.
This season, the UNDER is 3-0 in Saints games this season and 2-1 in Giants games.
It’s not a fun bet to make, but if you like trends, you gotta back it.
Chiefs vs Eagles +7 | Over/Under 54.5
Chiefs are 1-12-1 ATS in Their Last 14 Games
We brought this trend up last week, but it hit again and it’s just too wild to not bring up again in Week 4. The Chiefs may be one of the best teams in the NFL, but they are one of the worst bets to make in recent league history.
Despite being brutal against the spread recently, the Chiefs are once against a touchdown favorite when they face the Eagles in Philadelphia.
When will the oddsmakers learn?
Titans vs Jets +7 | Over/Under 44
The OVER is 7-1 in the Titans' Last Eight Road Games
If you want to root for points, then this betting trend is for you. The Titans have been one of the best OVER teams the past couple of years, but it’s especially true when they play on the road. They're 7-1 in their last eight road games and 12-4 in their last 16.
A bad defense and a good offense is a perfect recipe for an OVER bet, so the Titans fit the bill to perfection.
The total is set at 44 for their Week 4 matchup with the New York Jets.
