Oakland Raiders quarterback Terrelle Pryor says he doesn’t remember much about the hit that knocked him out of Monday night’s game against the Denver Broncos, though, he remembers enough to know that the devastating smash was ‘illegal’, at least in his mind.

Pryor, speaking to ESPN, said that Broncos linebacker Wesley Woodyard should be fined for the hit, which Pryor deemed as helmet-to-helmet:

"And while he still seemed a bit fuzzy less than 48 hours later, Pryor was clear on one point – he believed the tackle by Broncos linebacker Wesley Woodyard was an “illegal” shot, a “helmet-to-helmet” blow.“I think he should get fined, definitely,” said Pryor, who was on his way to take a concussion test Wednesday afternoon to see if he could be cleared to practice on Thursday, let alone play Sunday against Washington, when he stopped by the locker room to talk to reporters."

Raiders head coach Dennis Allen disagreed with Pryor, suggesting that the hit was clean as it took place within the tackle box.

The NFL has not fined Woodyard for the hit.
